Join Aprio's Tax team and you will help clients maximize their opportunities. Aprio, LLP is a progressive, fast-growing firm looking for a Senior Tax Manager or Manager - Private Client Services / HNWI to join their dynamic team.

Position Responsibilities :

Aprio's tax professionals are committed to exceptional client service and developing and implementing intelligent strategies that can reduce our clients' tax bills.

Our Tax Professionals are responsible for the delivery of tax services for multiple clients in a variety of industries. Responsibilities include interacting closely with clients to provide tax planning, consulting, and compliance services and working closely with partners on delivering innovative tax planning strategies.

This role calls for minimal travel.

Position Responsibilities

  • Interacting closely with clients to provide tax planning, consulting, and compliance services benefitingclients particularly in the Private Client Services / HNWIs industry
  • Develop and implement tax strategies that optimize our company's tax position while considering business goals, industry trends, and regulatory changes
  • Collaborate with clients and provide proactive tax advice and solutions
  • Lead and manage a team of tax professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to foster their growth and development
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service
  • Coordinate workload distribution, projects, and training initiatives within the tax department

Qualifications :

  • Five+ (5) or more years experience; recent public accounting experience required
  • 3+ years experience in Private Client Services / HNWIs
  • A CPA is required for this role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to evaluate and articulate complex information
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat required
  • Computer expertise including knowledge of tax software and technology
