Position Overview :

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our team for the 2024-2025 school year.

This full-time role will primarily serve as a rover, addressing site needs across multiple locations within the San Clemente, California area.

Qualifications : SLP Applicants :

SLP Applicants :

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Preferably bilingual (Spanish / English), but not mandatory.

SLPA Applicants :

  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
  • Bilingual in Spanish / English is mandatory.
  • Spanish fluency is a requirement.

Responsibilities :

  • Provide speech and language services to students across various sites.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to support students' communication needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for students with speech and language impairments.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' speech and language needs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of students' progress and services provided.

Requirements :

  • Appropriate state licensure and certification for SLP or SLPA.
  • Proven experience working in a school setting is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel between sites as needed.
