Burtch Works is working with a known client in Downtown Chicago for an exciting full-time Data Analyst opening. This role will be a hybrid position with 3 days expected on-site in their downtown office.
Responsibilities :
Data Collection and Analysis :
- Collect, process, and clean data from various internal and external sources.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Conduct statistical analysis to support business decisions and strategies.
Reporting and Visualization :
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using data visualization tools (e.g., Dynamics, Power BI) that communicate data insights effectively.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Develop, maintain, and track reports for ongoing business needs (e.g., license renewals, workflow audits, etc.)
Business Insights :
- Collaborate with business units to understand their data needs and objectives.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve business processes and performance.
- Support the development of predictive models and algorithms to forecast future trends.
Data Management :
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security across all data sources and databases.
- Implement and maintain data management SOPs, protocols, and best practices.
- Work with IT and other departments to integrate and automate data processes.
Project Management :
- Lead and participate in data-driven projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement data solutions and improvements.
- Track project progress and report on key metrics and outcomes.
