UMC Print., now an Ennis, Inc. company and an established print company with a history of over 75 years in commercial print is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team.
Candidates should have experience in commercial customer service / inside sales. Experience in print industry is a plus. This position requires excellent organizational skills, and the ability to deal effectively with internal and external customers.
A good sense of design and color along with attention to detail to identify customer print requirements and provide timely price quotations for new projects and repeat orders are needed for this position.
Other necessary skills include strong verbal communication skills, a working knowledge of Windows, problem solving skills and the ability to handle and resolve complaints.
THIS IS NOT AN OUTBOUND SALES POSITION.
