About The Position
Job Title : Physical Therapist
Days
Join our team as a dedicated Physical Therapist in a 13
- week contract role. The position requires a 40
- hour work week, with a schedule from 7A
- 6P, Monday to Thursday, and 7A
- 5P on Friday.
Responsibilities include conducting 1
hour patient evaluations, participating in onboarding processes, and floating as required.
Qualifications include a State License, BLS Certification, and a minimum of 2 years experience. Travel experience is not necessary.
Additional information : Opportunities for overtime and contract extension are available. COVID Vaccine is required with exemptions for medical and religious reasons.
Professional dress code is enforced. Onsite parking is available. EMR : EPIC. Case types : Adult Specialties.
A universal submittal packet and 3 supervisor references are required for submission.
The clinic is located within 10 minutes of each other. Exact address will be provided with first
day instructions.
