The City of Pueblo wants to hire you as an Accounting Technician II! This full-time position offers you a variety of benefits that provide a great work / life balance, a rewarding work environment, and an annual salary of $40,287.
24 - $50,415.24. As Accounting Technician II, you will operate a personal computer to perform computer processing of accounting and financial data.
In addition, you’ll perform cashiering, reception, typing, filing, document scanning, and other related clerical and accounting support duties in the Department of Finance.

Qualifications :
- A High school diploma / GED
- Two (2) years of experience working in a financial environment
- An associate degree in accounting or business from an accredited college or university
- A valid driver’s license at the time of application, and a valid Colorado driver’s license within 30 days of employment
- License restrictions that may hinder your ability to drive on City business, such as an interlock, will be cause for disqualification
- During the course of employment, a valid license must be maintained, and the employee must notify the City immediately upon changes to the status of their license
