Mercy in Missouri is recruiting additional family physicians to meet growth in the region and recent retirement of long-term physicians in the area.

El Dorado Springs is a rural community about 1.5 hours south of Kansas City, nearby to a large national forest and multiple Missouri State Parks and lakes for excellent fishing, hiking, and hunting.

The area’s cost of living is one of the lowest in the country.

Mercy Family Medicine Offers :

• Guaranteed annual salary of $300,000 - compensation focused on quality metrics and adequate time with patients
• Up to $100,000 recruitment bonus based on location
• 4 day workweek - no call, evenings, weekends, or holidays
