84 - $31.32 (Mental Health Therapist II or III)Annual Salary : $71,384.77 (Licensed Mental Health Therapist)Position Summary : Sea Mar Behavioral Health’s diverse and quickly expanding program is seeking a full-time therapist for its Everett Behavioral Health Child and Family Services program.

The Mental Health Therapist (MHT) provides individual and group counseling, case management, crisis stabilization, suicide risk assessment, and treatment planning.

In addition, he or she will provide referrals and coordination with medication providers, primary care physicians, and with other community agencies.

Our therapists must have the ability to accurately diagnose mental health issues and develop treatment plans based upon diagnoses.

We are a qualified site for both federal (FHP) and State (SHP) Health Corps loan repayment programs.Requirements : Master’s degree in psychology, counseling or social services field that includes psychological diagnosticsMeet Mental Health Professional (MHP) requirements as per Washington Administrative Code (WAC)Obtain Basic Life Suport (BLS) CPR Certification within 90 days of hire and maintain current BLSCPR throughout employmentMust have received the COVID-19 vaccine, booster shots and maintain current with TB testsBilingual proficiency in Spanish / English preferred for all levelsResponsibilities for all Levels II, III, and Licensed : Conduct diagnostic assessments and provide individual counselingOffer crisis stabilization and suicide risk assessments and develop treatment plansLead therapy groups and make referrals for psychiatric servicesProvide case management in coordination with the treatment teamAssist the Program Manger in program and policy developmentEnsure compliance with WACs, RCWs and other administrative tasks as directedMental Health Therapist IIUp to 3 years of experience in the fieldPerform all responsibilities outlined aboveMental Health Therapist III4 or more year of experience in the fieldPerform all responsibilities outlined aboveLicensed : Possess a current / active Washington State LMHC, LMFT or LICSW licenseMaintain current license throughout the duration of employment.

Responsible for individual continuing education hours and licensing feesProvide clinical supervision to other clinicians pursuing licensing requirementsAssist in conducting chart reviews and ensuring compliance with clinical contracts.
