Locums – CRNA Float Pool – Fredericksburg, Virginia

Start Date : December 15, 2025

Contract Length : 6 months preferred

Shift Details : 3x12-hour night shifts per week (7 : 00 PM – 7 : 00 AM)

Schedule : Sunday – Saturday (must be open to working weekends)

Hours per Week : Full-time, 36+ hours / week

Position Overview

Floating between 3 facilities

Coverage includes Main OR, 4-OR satellite hospital, and 6-OR ASC (occasional floating)

Cases : All except transplants — Hearts, lungs, Healthy Peds Dental / ENT, OB, Ortho, GI, ENT, Thoracic, Vascular

CRNA performs own epidurals and spinals (no blocks)

Trauma Level II experience required

Schedule posted 8 weeks in advance

Emergency privileges available for holiday coverage

Requirements

Minimum 2 years experience required

Level II trauma experience required

OB and Thoracic experience required

Pediatric experience preferred

Must be proficient in spinal and epidural placement and management

Active Virginia license at time of submittal (or in process)

Clean background required for emergency privileges

Must obtain AHA certifications (BLS, ACLS, PALS)

Key Details

Full-time, 36+ hours / week

Heavy OB, Thoracic, EP, and Vascular coverage

12-hour night shifts (7 PM – 7 AM)

Floating across multiple facilities

Weekend availability required
