Salon Manager Job Opportunity

Responsibilities of the position :
Open-close
Payroll Team building (Interviewing, Coaching, hiring and firing.)
Operate front desk
Join BNI Manage social media and marketing outlets.
Shampoo and blow dry (occasional).
Have technique & product knowledge.
Know how to retail.
Learn services and prices.
Be able to book and read the schedule.
Organization of laundry.
Ordering retail and stock other salon items (coffee / tissue / soap / etc.)
Tracking where clientele comes from / Benchmark numbers to grow
Organizing events.
Required : Active Arizona Cosmetology License
Preferred but not required skills :
Vagaro Scheduling & Marketing tool Software Experience
Job hours and pay : Full time / Salary
