Role Overview :
We are seeking a Senior Account Manager to join our team in a remote, part-time contractor capacity. This role offers the potential to evolve into a full-time position and presents growth opportunities for the right candidate to advance into a leadership role within Future Digital.
Key Responsibilities :
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Gain a deep understanding of clients' businesses and objectives
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to drive campaign performance
- Oversee execution and manage deliverables
- Work in partnership to achieve target CAC & ROAS goals
- Manage client communications and expectations
Qualifications :
- Minimum 3 years of account management experience (in-house or agency)
- Experience managing paid social & search campaigns with six to seven-figure monthly media spend
- Proven track record of managing and growing client accounts
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and communicate insights effectively
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Bachelor's degree required
