Seeking a positive, energetic, happy person who wants to provide exceptional Customer Service and a great shopping experience for all visiting guests.
Help maintain a high level of communication between customers, tenants and with all management and employees of the Center.
Weekend Hours : Saturday 12 : 30-9pm and Sunday 10 : 30am-6pm . Additional shifts available during the week - days and hours negotiable.
Up to 20 hours per week.
$11.00 / hr. DOE
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensures Customer Service area is opened timely (opening time may vary by center location)
- Assist all customers and tenants phone or in person with general information, store locations, directions, business hours, transportation info. Special event info.
- Maintain stroller / wheelchair rentals and log book.
- Maintain the log and inventory of all lost and found items in conjunction with security department.
- Responsible for tenant after-hours log and security notification.
- Process gift card requests.
- Collects customer complaint forms and distributes to General Manager.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (G.E.D.)
- 0 2 years of experience in the field or in a related area preferred.
- Entry level experience using MS Office applications (for data entry, reports).
- Ability to conduct research using the various search engines on the Internet.
COMMUNICATION SKILLS
- Ability to effectively respond to issues both verbally and in writing.
- Requires a high level of commitment to customer service.
FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE
- Ability to handle cash and give back proper change.
- Basic bookkeeping skills.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to identify problems with limited information, and then recommend a resolution.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
OTHER SKILLS and / or ABILITIES
- Commitment to offering customers the ultimate customer service experience.
- Ability to learn new tasks quickly.

PHYSICAL and / or MENTAL REQUIREMENTS
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit for long periods of time; walk and stand;
- use hands and fingers to operate keyboards, printers, fax machines or other office equipment; hearing and speech to communicate in person and over the telephone and / or radio;
vision to read printed material and a computer screen; lift and / or move up to 25 pounds and heavier weights with the use of proper equipment.
