Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor NightShift
NorthernMetropolitan is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to work the Night Shift (11pm 7 am) for our skilled nursingfacility in Monsey NY.
We arenow offering a $3000 signon bonus!
DUTIES :
- As a Registered Nurse (RN) supervisor complete residentcare requirements by scheduling and assigning nursingstaff.
- Responsibility of the Registered Nurse(RN) supervisor is to establish a compassionate environment byproviding support to residents & families.
- Provide information to residents & staff by answeringquestions and requests.
- Maintain safe &clean working environment by implementing rules ®ulations.
- Maintain resident confidence bymonitoring confidential information processing.
- Maintain documentation of resident careservices.
- Maintain a cooperative relationshipamong health care teams.
REQUIREMENTS :
- Must hold valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Minimum 3 years LongTerm Care experiencerequired.
- Should be a strong and positive teamdirector for all members of the staff.
- Shouldbe familiar with EHR and Eperscribing programs.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Basic computer skills.
