Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Sr Business Development Representative to join our BDR team. The BDR team plays a critical role in the growth of our organization, collaborating closely with Sales and other Marketing teams to identify, engage, nurture and qualify buying teams at our target accounts to drive pipeline and revenue.

This role will be based in Palo Alto, CA.

Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with other Marketing teams (ABM, Demand Gen, Field Marketing) to identify, prospect, engage, nurture and qualify buying committee members at our target accounts.
  • Generate leads, build relationships by nurturing warm prospects, and find potential new sales opportunities, both digitally as well as at events.
  • Act as the first point of contact for potential customers, engaging them on behalf of the company and its products.
  • Develop and manage a steady stream of interested prospects. Build pipeline by setting meetings between (prospective) customers and sales executives.
  • Take the initiative to get stuff done, experiment, drive results, and share findings with your team.

Requirements / Qualifications :

  • 4+ years of experience as a BDR or SDR at B2B tech companies.
  • Track record of meeting / exceeding KPIs.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage, nurture and convert (set meetings) leads generated through digital channels as well as field marketing events and programs.
  • Strong communication skills via email, phone and social channels.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn and other prospecting tools.
  • A sense of urgency and ability to manage time and prioritize tasks.

Hiring Range : The specific rate will depend on the successful candidate's qualifications and prior experience.
