A company is looking for a Lead Software Engineer - Tech Finance (REMOTE).
Key Responsibilities
Own development and maintenance of complex software, ensuring it meets defined requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and design innovative products and services
Lead technical discussions, recommend solutions, and manage the software development roadmap
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
6-10 years of experience in software engineering
7-12 months of experience supervising junior colleagues
Experience with Agile methodologies and database design
Proficiency in SQL, PL / SQL, and performance tuning within Oracle Database
