H2 Health is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide 1 : 1 care within our memory care communities in Harrisburg and Lebanon, PA.
Our ideal candidate will have experience evaluating and treating primarily the geriatric population and patients with Alzheimer's and Dementia.

Education : Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.
Experience : Prior experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant is preferred, and the therapist must have an indirect supervision license.

- Physical Therapist Assistants must have an Indirect supervision license
