Neuro Cardiac ICUMust have current active compact license. AHA BLS, AHA ACLS and NIHSS. Minimum Experience REQUIRED : 3 years as RN, 1 full year of ICU / Medical ICU / Neuro ICU experience, 1 travel assignment, trauma level II experience.
Charting Experience : Recent EPIC experience required (will be required to do a checkoff class) Patient Population : General medical ICU patients general cardiac / neuro, respiratory failure, vascular post -surgical, renal failure, sepsis.
Skillset : REQUIRED : NIHSS / dysphagia screen / strong neuro assessment skills. Tele / 12-lead EKG interpretation (travelers are required to pass a tele test), ETT / vent management (RT available), Initiate / titrate (sedatives, paralytics, cardiac drips, vasoactive, insulin, etc.
sepsis protocols / care, post ROSC therapeutic hypothermia protocol. All active certifications + license required! Pay range : $1,918.
