Description
About the Role : As an Event Coordinator at Elite Branding, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a variety of events that align with our brand’s goals and values.
This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a passion for creating memorable experiences. You will work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure that each event is a success from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
- Plan, coordinate, and execute events, including conferences, product launches, and promotional activities.
- Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored event solutions.
- Manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and budget management.
- Oversee the creation of event materials such as invitations, programs, and promotional content.
- Ensure all events are executed smoothly, addressing any issues that arise in real-time.
- Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in event planning or coordination.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with event management software and tools is a plus.
