Job Title : Supply Chain Manager S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning)

Location : Appleton, WI

What You’ll Do

Relate Search has partnered with a leading global manufacturing company in search of an experienced S&OP Manager to lead the Sales & Operations Planning process, and ensure supply chain capabilities are fully aligned with commercial strategies. This role is pivotal in facilitating cross-functional collaboration across sales, marketing, finance, operations, and supply chain to drive business objectives. You will provide strategic leadership, shape processes, influence decision-making, and inspire teams to achieve operational excellence and measurable results.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end S&OP process, ensuring alignment with regional and global strategies.
  • Facilitate monthly S&OP meetings and provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, operations, and supply chain teams to balance demand and supply, optimize inventory, and meet service level agreements.
  • Mentor and coach cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs), implement continuous improvement initiatives, and leverage analytics to drive operational performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
  • 5–7+ years of experience in supply chain, demand planning, or related roles.
  • Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and driving measurable business results.
  • Strong communication, influencing, and people leadership skills with a record of building high-performing teams.
