Are you an experienced Forklift Operator looking for a stable, full-time position with competitive pay? Join a top logistics and distribution center in Charleston, IN, where safety, organization, and teamwork are top priorities.

Pay & Schedule

$19.50 - $22.50 / hour (based on experience)
Monday - Thursday | 5 : 00 AM - 3 : 30 PM (3-day weekends!)

Responsibilities

Safely operate Cherry Picker / Order Picker and Reach Truck forklifts to move, pull, stack, and prepare inventory for shipping.

Assist with shipping, receiving, and general warehouse tasks as needed.

Follow OSHA and company safety protocols.

Maintain clean, safe, and organized warehouse areas.

Requirements

1+ year experience operating Cherry Picker and Reach Truck forklifts.

Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. regularly.

Strong attention to detail, reliability, and safety awareness.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

English communication skills (written and verbal).
