Responsibilities :
- Provide compassionate and personalized care to seniors, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Assist with daily activities, including personal care, medication reminders, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
- Engage in meaningful conversations and companionship to enhance the overall quality of life for our clients.
- Support clients with Alzheimer's, Dementia, Parkinson's, and other specialized care needs.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, family members, and the Charis Home Care team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience as a caregiver or in a related field is preferred.
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for serving seniors.
- Ability to adapt to the unique needs and preferences of each client.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
