Patrona Corporation is looking for motivated individuals ready to join a fast-paced and exciting work environment in supporting PEO IWS, the U.

S. Navy’s office responsible for acquiring state-of-the-art ship and submarine combat and weapons systems, as a Human Capital Management Analyst.

Patrona Corporation is a DoD federal contractor providing program management, engineering, strategic and operational planning, quality assurance, financial management, and administrative support services.

This position is contingent upon the award of the PEO IWS contract.

Work Location

  • Washington D.C. metropolitan area
  • This position allows a minimal opportunity to work remotely.

Security Clearance

Must possess or be able to obtain a Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance.

Education and Experience Requirements

Bachelor’s or Advanced Degree in a business or technical field with 10 or more years’ experience in management, operations research analysis, or human capital assessment and analysis and significant experience in U.

S. Navy programs or operations OR

High School Degree and 14 years’ experience in management, operations research analysis, or human capital assessment and analysis with significant experience in U.

S. Navy programs or operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Providing human capital management support, performing human capital operations research analysis, or assessments.

Skills and Abilities

Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
