A Day in the Life of an Account Manager

  • Convert design clients into maintenance clients
  • Manage landscape maintenance budgets
  • Manage maintenance contracts
  • Attend industry networking functions
  • Utilize Hubspot as your CRM and pipeline management
  • Foster relationships with Gardens of Babylon clients
  • Meet or exceed annual sales goals
  • Secure new maintenance contracts through enhancement sales
  • Consistently meet required KPI’s
  • Develop relationships with businesses within the greater Nashville area

Desired Qualifications

  • Assertive in the art of negotiation.
  • AutoCAD Experience is a plus
  • Experience using a CRM - Hubspot preferred
  • Strong time management skills
  • Landscape Design experience is a plus
