Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Transactional Attorney at Stutzman, Bromberg, Esserman & Plifka, P.
C. in Dallas, TX. The role involves handling a wide range of real estate transactions including drafting real estate or business acquisition agreements, purchase and sales agreements, nondisclosure agreements, operating agreements, confidentiality agreements, and other related transactional documents.
Real estate transactions may include, but are not limited to : purchase agreements, leases, consent to assignment, guaranty, tenant estoppel, and addenda or amendments.
