Terraboost Media is seeking clever and agile Inside Sales Representatives to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a tenacious go-getter who thrives on challenges and excels in overcoming adversity.

We have opportunities available in our Naperville, IL and Indianapolis, IN offices !

The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) Is focused on both managing inbound leads and winning back former clients with a high level of aggression and determination.

This role demands a proactive approach, strong persuasive skills, and a relentless drive to meet and exceed sales targets.

Your goal is to generate significant sales opportunities and contribute to our overall revenue growth.

This opportunity has a base salary of $60,000, a generous commission structure with draw, and anticipated earnings of $100,000 to $120,000 per year.

Job Responsibilities :

Aggressive Client Win Back :

  • Identify and aggressively pursue former clients to understand their reasons for departure and present compelling reasons for them to return.
  • Develop and implement aggressive win-back strategies to re-engage past clients, including customized offers and solutions.
  • Close deals with former clients by overcoming objections and demonstrating the value of our products / services.

Inbound Lead Management :

  • Respond promptly and assertively to inbound leads from various channels (website, email, phone, social media) to qualify and understand their needs.
  • Engage with potential customers with a sense of urgency to provide information about our advertising opportunity and address their questions.
  • Conduct meetings for qualified leads with a focus on closing the sale.

Sales Pipeline Management :

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions with leads and clients in the CRM system.
  • Track and report on the status of client win-back efforts and inbound lead activities, ensuring a high conversion rate.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and ensure timely follow-up.

Collaboration :

  • Work closely with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives to ensure seamless transition and aggressive follow-up of qualified leads.

Performance Metrics :

Achieve and exceed aggressive monthly and quarterly targets for client win-backs, qualified leads, and sales conversions.

Continuous Improvement :

Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and industry insights.

Customer Relationship Management :

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales prospecting / engagement tools.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Coachable and willing to learn and adhere to proprietary Terraboost Media sales techniques.

Minimum Required Education and Work Experience :

3) Years proven experience in an inside sales, account management, or related role.

  • Experience with customer win-back or retention programs is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales & Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
