Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Sr Oracle DBA / Engineer to fill an open position with one of our banking clients in Phoenix, AZ.
This role involves coordinating changes to computer databases, implementing security measures, and managing database projects.

Job Responsibilities :
- Direct programmers and analysts to modify existing databases and systems.
- Lead coding of logical and physical database descriptions.
- Estimate project time and cost based on user needs.
- Review and approve database development and determine project scope.
- Plan, coordinate, and implement security measures to safeguard information.
- Develop standards and guidelines for software use and protection of information.

The Ideal Candidate
Qualifications :
- Excellent verbal and written communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in SQL, Visual Basic, Oracle, and related software.
- High School Degree and 2-year technical degree in computer programming or equivalent experience.
- Bachelor's degree preferred with 6-8 years of related experience.
