Position : Construction Defects Attorney

Key Responsibilities for the Construction Defects Attorney :

Handle a caseload of insurance defense matters from discovery through resolution

Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents

Take and defend depositions, prepare witnesses, and participate in mediations and trials

Collaborate with clients, experts, internal teams, and opposing counsel to develop effective case strategies

Qualifications :

Licensed to practice law in Texas

Strong litigation skills with the ability to manage cases independently

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

What the Firm Offers :

Salary based on experience, ranging from $115,000 to $170,000
