Sourcing Manager

A company is looking for a Sourcing Manager in the Health Care sector, working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement sourcing and procurement strategies for equipment, supplies, and services

Conduct market research and analyze trends to inform sourcing decisions

Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships to ensure compliance and mitigate supply risks

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required; Master's degree preferred

CPM (Certified Purchasing Manager) or CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management) preferred

Five years of related experience required, with three years in sourcing, procurement, and supply chain management

Experience in a healthcare Supply Chain Management environment preferred

Familiarity with project management and Workday preferred
