Job Description
Duties
Duties include but are not limited to : Assist in consultation with faculty and staff, schedule visiting artists, maintain consistent communication and provide on-site support and hospitality as allowed.
Assist in coordinating with Faculty and Visiting Artists on material needs Track and maintain supply inventories and requests for all programming.
Assist in the creation of promotional materials and announcements for all virtual workshops and printing events.Assist with preparation of digital files for output in the fab lab as needed including the laser cutter and CNC router.
Some training will be provided as needed. Assist in coordinating with faculty and staff on all programmatic needs, including but not limited to supplies, scheduling virtual lectures, AV needs, etc.
Other duties as assigned.
- Qualifications
- Preferred Qualifications : Demonstrates excellent organizational and communication skills with high attention to detail.
Demonstrates basic knowledge of some Printmaking processes.Demonstrates knowledge of ADOBE Photoshop and illustrator and Video Editing Software.
Required Qualifications :
Undergraduate students must be registered / enrolled in a minimum of six (6) Fall / Spring units.Post-baccalaureate students in a graduate program must be registered in a minimum of four (4) Fall / Spring units.
