We are seeking a dynamic, highly-skilled Permanent Litigation Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in complex litigation, with a focus on insurance, real estate, and banking sectors.

You will be responsible for representing our Fortune 500 clients in high-stakes disputes, providing expert legal advice, and developing effective litigation strategies.

Responsibilities :

1. Represent clients in all stages of litigation, including pre-litigation strategy, pleadings, discovery, pre-trial, trial, and appeal.

2. Conduct thorough and effective legal research to support case strategy.

3. Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery requests and responses.

4. Develop and implement effective litigation strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for our clients.

5. Negotiate settlements where appropriate to avoid litigation.

6. Provide expert legal advice to clients, ensuring they are fully informed of their rights, options, and potential outcomes.

7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends.

8. Collaborate effectively with a team of attorneys, paralegals, and other legal professionals.

9. Participate in business development activities, including networking events, to grow and maintain client relationships.

Qualifications :

1. Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

2. A minimum of 4 years of experience in complex litigation, preferably in the insurance, real estate, and banking sectors.

3. Admission to the state bar.

4. Proven track record of success in litigation, including trial experience.

5. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.

6. Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex legal concepts to clients and other stakeholders.

7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop effective legal strategies.

8. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

9. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

10. High ethical standards and professional integrity.
