Our client is a well-established independent insurance brokerage with over two decades of success serving Georgia businesses and individuals. This Korean-led, family-founded firm has built a reputation on strong relationships, exceptional service, and deep community commitment since 2004.

We're seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to join their growing team – a detail-oriented insurance professional who excels at relationship building, problem-solving, and precise account management.

The Role

As a Commercial Lines Account Manager, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of commercial clients. Working collaboratively with producers, carriers, and clients, you'll manage the full lifecycle of commercial accounts while ensuring exceptional service delivery and strong retention rates.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial Property & Casualty account management experience
• Active P&C license
• Strong understanding of small business commercial insurance products and coverages
• Located within driving distance of Duluth, GA OR anywhere in the Eastern Time Zone

Compensation Package

Base Salary : $60,000 – $80,000 (commensurate with experience)

Work Arrangement

For Local Candidates : If you're within driving distance of Duluth, GA, this is a full-time in-office position (5 days per week).

For Remote Candidates : If you're located anywhere else in the Eastern Time Zone, this position is fully remote following a 2-week initial training period in Duluth, GA Remote candidates must have strong, proven commercial account management experience to ensure success in an independent work environment.
