Role Requirements :
- Valid LPN License : Must be currently licensed to practice as anLPN.
- Experience : Prior experience in a similar role isessential.
- Health &SafetyCompliances :
- Physicalexamination (within the last 6months)
- Quantiferon test (within the lastyear)
- Comprehensive Criminal Clearance (withinthe last year)
- Uptodate Immunizations andVaccinations
- Valid DriversLicense
