Our Engineering team is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to oversee the Agile Scrum process for 3+ cross functional teams.

This role will assist these teams to enhance productivity, improve collaboration, mitigate risks & foster a culture of continuous improvement.

What Youll Be Doing

• You will be responsible for assisting / coaching the Technical Lead Managers for your teams to ensure best practices for Agile Scrum or Kanban are followed.
• Oversee 3+ cross-functional scrum teams consisting of iOS, Android & backend developers & ensure they have the necessary tools & resources to launch & continuously improve features of our mobile application & website
• Lead and / or oversee daily scrums, backlog grooming, planning & retrospective sessions
• Coordinate with your teams to ensure projects have estimates & deadlines
• Provide project leadership, work direction, & feedback
• Identify risks & resolve issues that impact project completion
• Coordinate testing schedules with QA staff to ensure quality within project deadlines
• Utilize the company's issue tracking software to ensure each team has the appropriate workflow & transitions to manage projects through the development life-cycle
• Execute product review & quality assurance according to our methodology
• Utilize sprint reports to track team velocity & ensure teams are meeting their sprint goals
• Ensures team participation in end of sprint demos
• Facilitates hands-on testing sessions
• Lead various projects as required, which includes organizing kick off meetings, taking meeting minutes, following up on action items & developing project plans

What Were Looking For

• 5+ years of experience as a scrum master, project manager or have applications development management experience
• Experience with Agile project management methodologies such as scrum or kanban is a plus
• Proven track record of launching & improving consumer-facing mobile applications
• Ability to manage complex cross-functional projects with minimal direction
• Must possess strong planning, coordination, people management, & communication skills with a positive team-oriented attitude
• Must be highly organized with strong attention attention to detail
• Must be able to effectively communicate with non-technical staff to gather requirements & with technical staff to implement those requirements.
• Must be comfortable in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
• BA / BS required

Base Salary

• The US base salary range for this full-time position is $130,000 - $160,000.
• Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, & location. The range displayed on each job posting is based on Nooms estimate as of the date of publication & reflects the minimum & maximum target for the position across all US locations.

The actual placement of the candidate within the range is based on factors including but not limited to relevant experience, assessment of functional skills & behavioral competencies, scope, & location.

This range is not inclusive of any discretionary bonus or equity package.
