Beacon Hill Legal is working with a sophisticated mid-size firm intheir search for an experience real estate associate attorney to join their growing practice group.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years' commercial real estate experience in a law firm setting. Familiarity with senior housing transactions including multi-family and affordable housing transactions is preferred .
Routine matters also include leasing, purchase and sales, joint ventures, and investments and developments.
