Senior Manager of Affiliate MarketingOur client is seeking a skilled Senior Manager of Affiliate Marketing to join their dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will take ownership of designing, leading, and optimizing a high-impact affiliate marketing program.
Key Responsibilities : Oversee the development and implementation of initiatives aimed at growing affiliate partnerships and boosting visibility.
Identify and engage new collaborators to increase the scope and reach of the program.Prepare detailed briefs to align campaigns with promotional objectives and enhance consistency across channels.
Build and maintain positive relationships with partners, offering guidance to improve campaign outcomes.Track key program indicators and deliver performance reviews with recommendations for future improvements.
Work closely with creative teams to ensure that promotional content aligns with marketing goals and audience expectations.
Manage budget allocation, forecasting, and financial tracking to maximize program impact and returns.Maintain adherence to both internal policies and industry standards in all affiliate activities.
Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced degrees are preferred.Extensive experience in managing affiliate programs, with demonstrated success in growing brand partnerships.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends to improve performance.Excellent communication abilities for working effectively across departments and with external collaborators.
Experience handling budgets, forecasting expenses, and reviewing financial outcomes.Well-organized, with strong project management skills and a sharp focus on detail.
