We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Homeowner's Insurance Compliance Director / VP to ensure our company's compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards to comply with state and federal law, while mitigating risk.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures, overseeing compliance audits and training, and ensuring the company's continued adherence to all applicable laws and regulations.
- Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures for homeowner's insurance products.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with state policy form and rate regulations, ISO filing changes, and government regulations.
- Lead the strategy development, design, analysis, and execution of Personal Residential Insurance products.
- Conduct compliance audits and recommend procedural changes to ensure adherence.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external regulatory bodies to support product introductions and changes.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree and 5-7+ years of experience in compliance roles, 2+ years in a leader capacity.
