The Accounting Intern will assist the Corporate Accounting team with ad hoc analyses, month-end analyses, SEC reporting filings, and the Consolidation Process.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist with the completion of monthly, quarterly, and annual analyses.
• Assist the consolidation team with CMCO's worldwide financial statement consolidation.
• Participate in the monthly close process including performing balance sheet account reconciliation reviews and investigating any discrepancies.
• Assist with monthly journal entries and perform true-ups for accounts.
• Assist with the monthly lease accounting maintenance and analysis.
• Support the Accounting department with various ad-hoc projects.

Knowledge, Skills, Competencies, and Abilities

• Basic Microsoft Excel skills.
• Intellectually curious to learn new finance concepts and hone Excel skills.
• Reasoning abilities and analytical thinking.
• Self-starter, ability to function independently without close management.
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
• Strong interpersonal relationship skills.

Required Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or business.
• Applicants must have authorization to work in the United States. Sponsorship is not available for this role.
• Must be able to work full-time from June 2, 2025, to August 8, 2025.
