Key Responsibilities
Develop and grow new accounts and business, responsible for sales research, negotiation, planning, and performance management.
Understand & analyze client demands, provide complete account management services, maintain long-term healthy business relationships.
Collaborate with R&D, MKTG, Operation & Finance teams to ensure professional & high-level customer service.
Track and analyze client / sales metrics to provide growing insights and strategic plans for the Head of Sales and clients.
Undertake tasks include record worksheets, data capture, client reports, etc.
Explore various channels, potential partners, distributors and conduct business negotiations.
Skills Needed To Succeed
Undergraduate Degree or above IT / Electronic related majors preferred.
5 years+ experience in Key Account / BD (ideally consumer electronic / telecom).
Good external and internal communication skills.
Excellent client relationship building, negotiation skills & customer management skills.
Good business insights, marketing sense & numeracy, and account analyzing skills.
Self-driven, ability to cope with multiple tasks and to change environment.
Proficient Office user, excellent presentation skill.
US driving license.
