- Receive, document and resolve patient inquiries via phone, email, and / or chat
- Build lasting relationships with patients
- Processing patient payments and resolve billing discrepancies
- Support and train peers as needed
- Comply with all state and federal laws
- Other reasonable duties as assigned by managerWork in multiple computer systems and support multiple platformsCompetencies Valued :

- High School Diploma
- Must be available for Saturday shift rotation (every few weeks) What’s in it for you :
