Activities Coordinator Responsibilities :
- Assist with on-site job training
- Participate in planned activities
- Assist with bus training
- Assist with daily documentation
- Assist with personal hygiene
Activities Coordinator Requirements :
- Valid Utah Driver's License and pass a motor vehicle report
- Must be 21 years or older in order to transport clients to and from work locations (use of personal vehicle is NOT required)
- Positive and encouraging attitude
