- Pay ranges from $38-45 hourly, DOE.

Responsibilities
- Provides skilled physical therapy treatment plans in accordance with physician orders and byassessing and interpreting evaluations and test results of patients.
- Adheres to state requirements for supervision of PTAs to provide services with the highest carestandards
- Assures continuation of therapeutic plan following discharge by designing home exerciseprograms; instructing patients, recommending and / or providing assistive equipment;
recommending follow-up programs.
- Promptly and thoroughly documents and maintains clinical and administrative records regardingpatient limitations / interventions, treatments, responses and progress to administered therapyas well as discharge summaries.
- Maintains patient records confidentially.
- Records treatment charges daily and completes documentation in accurate and timely manner.
- Complies with the applicable State Physical Therapy Practice Act, codes and regulations
Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current State Physical Therapist license
- Current CPR certification
- Efficient problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication skills and time management skills
- Must keep best interest of the client and family at the forefront of all activities
