Requirements :
- IA or Compact License
- 2 years experience
- ACLS

- 60 mile radius rule- will take locals
of Beds : 11-20
- Nurse to Patient Ratio : 1 : 4
- Common Diagnosis / Treatment : Heart Failure, Post-Stroke Care, Sepsis, Deconditioning, Skilled Care-PT / OT etc.
