Salary : $70,000 - $90,000
We are seeking a Project Manager with General Contracting experience to join our team!
The Project Manager is responsible for the successful planning, execution and administrative and financial oversight of assigned projects.
What We're Looking for in a Candidate
- 4-8 years of commercial construction experience required
- Demonstrated success of leading teams and successful execution of project plans required
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Construction
- Management or related field preferred
- Excellent organizational, Communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook,
- Adobe Acrobat, Bluebeam and Primavera Suretrack, etc.
- Experience with ProCore a plus
How You'll Make an Impact
- Understanding project requirements in order to establish a project-specific work plan for prioritizing and completing projects on time and on / or below budget.
- Leading project teams to ensure the appropriate administrative controls and accountabilities are adhered to for successful execution of the project plan.
- Serving as the company liaison with clients and project stakeholders to seamlessly coordinate the flow of information to deliver a memorable project experience that exceeds all owner expectations.
- Monitoring and overseeing financial aspects of assigned projects as related to budgets, change orders and billings to achieve profitability objectives.
