Position : Digital Product Designer

Location : New Berlin, WI (Hybrid)

Duration : Long Term

Overview : As a Digital Product Designer your goal is to understand the business needs and the product requirement, empathize with the people who will be using it and transform one's understanding into the product / service with a user centric approach. You will ensure that all elements of the user experience are optimized for improved usability, usefulness, and exceptional visual design.

What we are looking for

• Passion for design along with a strong command of interaction and visual design capabilities
• Problem-solving attitude and continuous learning approach
• Proven experience in all phases of the design process including user research, copywriting, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, interaction design, and usability testing
• Should be able to work on various interfaces
• Proficient in design software (e.g., Adobe XD, Figma, sketch)
• Excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Skills commensurable to professional experience in interaction and user interface design
