Weare seeking ahighly skilled and experienced Senior Manager for intelligent automation to lead a team of engineers inproviding exceptional service to our clients.

As a Senior Manageryou will be responsiblefor managing the daytoday operations ofthe technical automation team including projectmanagement client engagement and team development.

You will workclosely with the regional leadership to develop andimplement strategies to drive growth andprofitability.

Theideal candidate will have a minimum of 6to 8 years of experience in automationwith a strong track record of managing client relationships leadingprojects and developing teams.

You should be an expert in at leastone area of consulting such as strategy operations or technology advisory.

RoleSpecific

Asa Senior Manager in intelligent Automation you will be responsiblefor leading a team of engineers todeliver technologybased solutions for our clients.

You will play acritical role in managing the overall delivery of projectsdeveloping strategic client relationships and providing thoughtleadership on emerging technologies and industrytrends.

Inthis role you will be responsiblefor managing andoverseeing the entire project lifecyclefrom scoping and planning to design development testing anddeployment.

You will be responsiblefor ensuring that projects are deliveredon time within budget and to the satisfaction of the client.

Youshould have a deep understanding of the technology landscape inyour specific area of focusand be able to apply that knowledge todevelop innovative solutions that address complex businessproblems.

Inaddition you will be responsiblefor managing seniorlevel client relationships and be the primary point of contact for all projectrelated activities.

You should be able to build and maintainstrong relationships with clients and be able to collaborateeffectively with other stakeholders including project teams subjectmatter experts and business users.

Youshould also have a solid understanding of industry trends andemerging technologiesand be able to provide thought leadershipto clients and internalteams.

Responsibilities& tasks for this role

  • Managea team of engineers providing guidance and support to ensure the highest qualityservice delivery
  • Managemultiple projects simultaneously ensuring successful projectdelivery within scope budget andtimeline
  • Fostera culture of continuous improvement innovation and clientsatisfaction
  • Enhancedbusiness acumen to include timeestimations billing / invoicing automation lifecyclemanagement andsupport services.
  • Collaboratewith other leaders in the company to ensure a cohesive approach tobusiness development and clientmanagement
  • Developand maintain strong client relationships serving as a trusted advisor toclients
  • Stayup to date on industry trends and best practices and ensure thatthe automation team is continuously improving itsofferings
  • Overseeingproject timelines allocating resources effectively and ensuring the delivery of highqualityservices to clients.

You will work closely with project teams to monitor progressmitigate risks and ensure successful project completion within thedefined parameters.

  • Focuson developing and optimizing delivery processes to improve efficiency productivity and clientsatisfaction. You will analyze existing processes identify areasfor enhancement and implement strategies to streamlineworkflows.
  • Understandingclient needs and aligning delivery effort ands exceeding clientexpectations throughout the entire deliveryprocess.

Requirements

Musthavequalifications &competencies

  • Minimumof 6 to 8 yearsof experience in automation engineering
  • Strong track record ofmanaging client relationships and leadingprojects
  • Expertise in at least one area of consulting such as strategy operations or technology advisory
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivateand develop team members
  • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills with the ability to buildand maintain strong client relationships

  • Bachelorsdegree in a relevant field with an MBA or other advanced technical degreepreferred .
