We'll also show you how to leverage live tour requests from our partners to accelerate your business growth. Our agents typically close 2-3 escrows per month within their first 90 days, thanks to our quality leads and comprehensive training.
Our onboarding process is unparalleled. In your first week, you'll undergo intensive training covering lead conversion, buyer / seller consultations, and contract mastery all designed to get you showing properties and closing deals quickly.
What we're looking for :
- Representation of buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions
- Preparation of residential purchase and listing agreements
- Property evaluations for sellers
- Excellent client availability and communication
- Diligent upkeep of CRM tools and systems with information from our channel partners
