Hiring Retention bonus of $7,000 (paid out when employment requirements are met)

Responsibilities
- Assist DON in oversight and responsibility for daily operations of our clinical department
- Hiring, training, and development of staff in conjunction with your leadership team
- Work directly with residents to evaluate needs and services to accurately assess, communicate and document resident status on electronic care system
- Assist in oversight of aides and nurses and other care staff. delegation of nurse duties to unlicensed personnel as needed
- Other leadership duties as needed
- On Call
Qualifications
- Current RN Nursing license in the State.
- Experience in skilled nursing, Geriatric Nursing or Gerontology and / or Dementia Care
- Demonstrated ability in budgeting and cost control
- Knowledge of how to develop and utilize service plans, medication management systems, infection control practices and safety procedures
- Skills in promoting teamwork, leadership, team member empowerment, and responsiveness to residents
