Position Summary :
Join our team to deliver safe direct care to patients of all ages. Serve as a clinical leader, role model, and preceptor to new personnel.
Participate in patient safety protocols and strive to enhance the patient experience and outcomes.
Detailed responsibilities :
- Deliver safe direct patient care
- Assist with care plans, tests, and procedures
- Participate in new personnel orientation and precepting
- Assist with emergency measures and maintain patient medical records
- Administer medication and maintain a safe environment
- Enhance professional growth and report patient safety concerns
Qualifications :
- Program Graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Basic Life Support certification and RN licensure in NM
- Physical ability to perform heavy work and handle hazardous materials
