Job Duties :
As an Operations Coordinator, you'll be responsible for a variety of critical tasks, including :
Scheduling : Efficiently manage our scheduling needs, ensuring that all culinary events, deliveries, and staffing assignments are timely.
Client Service Calls : Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, feedback, and requests, delivering exceptional service and addressing concerns promptly.
Client Onboarding : Facilitate the smooth onboarding of new clients, ensuring all necessary information is collected and communicated effectively.
Daily Administrative Functions : Collaborate closely with the Operations Manager to handle various administrative tasks, including data entry, document management, and reporting.
Project Coordination : Assist the Project Manager, who also serves as our Operations
Manager, with coordinating and supporting the successful execution of culinary projects, ensuring efficiency in every aspect.
Client and Chef Communication : Act as a critical liaison between our clients, chefs, and internal teams, fostering seamless communication to ensure customer satisfaction.
