Accounts Payable Coordinator
ABOUT THE COMPANY
Our client is a leading business in the Food & Beverage Services and they are seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator to join the Accounting team! They import goods from Asia and Europe and distribute to big box stores such as Costco! Relaxed work environment with an exceptional team, with a business that is growing exponentially!
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE COORDINATOR :
- The Accounts Payable Coordinator will check and approve all vouchers for payment.
- Assist in validating a back log of invoices; volume is typically high!
- Print all accounts payable reports and maintain all accounts payable files.
- Assist with special projects, as necessary.
EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR THE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE ROLE :
- Accounts Payable experience
- Attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- At least 6 months of relevant experience
- Solid computer skills
